If you want help settling into your  new city and are a recent transplant, within a year or so of moving here,  this will be a great opportunity to  figure out how to adjust to PDX. The  group is run by two professional  mental health therapists. 

Reasons to join:

*If you are having trouble finding a job,  adjusting to the city, creating a community or fitting in

*If you want to meet new people who are in your situation

*If you are experiencing isolation, loneliness, fear, social anxiety or  home sickness
